The Burnt Out Teacher Coaching Package - 4x 30-minute sessions
(or 4 payments of $174.25)
Best For
You're a burnt out teacher — and you know it. You're recognizing the signs of burnout creeping in — or they've already arrived — and you know something has to change. But you're not sure yet if that means setting firmer boundaries at school, stepping back to protect your energy, or beginning to explore a life outside the classroom. Maybe you haven't decided to leave teaching, and that's okay. This package meets you where you are: burnt out, overwhelmed, and needing space to think clearly again before you make any big decisions.
With this package, we'll spend 4 focused 30-minute sessions over 2 months creating breathing room in your life, identifying what's actually driving your burnout, and building sustainable boundaries — so you can recover, whether that means staying in teaching with real protection in place, or beginning to explore what's next.
What To Expect
As a former teacher and licensed therapist, I know burnout isn't just "being tired." It's the feeling of masking just to get through the day. The sense that something isn’t right and needs to change.
Together, we'll:
Name what's really driving your exhaustion — it's usually more than just "the kids" or "the workload"
Build real, sustainable boundaries at school and at home, so you're not running on empty
Catch and reframe the thought patterns that keep you stuck in guilt, obligation, or "I should be able to handle this"
Create a recovery plan and a clear next step — whether that's protecting your time in the classroom or opening the door to a bigger change
Each 30-minute session is focused and efficient. We get straight to what matters, and you'll leave with something concrete to carry into your week.
How to Prepare for the First Session
Come with an honest picture of where you're at — what burnout looks like for you day-to-day, and any boundary or change you've already been thinking about, even if it feels half-formed. I'd also suggest keeping a notebook or blank Google/Word doc nearby. This will help you hold onto the insights we uncover together.
